This is a start at the tablet and body anatomy. It's not good as many others, but I'm a beginner. I do need criticism to figure out the view of it. I know my shading sucks, but I am a beginner so I want to gain as much to improve my work

For starters, practicing human anatomy may be best to just draw them without clothes, so that you're are more focused on parts of the body, you know, like arms, legs, torso, and such. You can always take up anatomy classes or study it from a book.
You seem to be getting off on a good start.
